*Please respect our personal towels and sheets. Do not stain them or use as rags for make-up, tanning sunscreen, or body paint. We will charge you!
*No smoking allowed in the unit.
*No pets allowed.
*Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Please lock the door when exiting the unit.
*Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm until 9 am.
*You may use the gym, the pool and business center. ( If the building has)
Please respect the rules and regulations of each.
*When exiting the unit or a room, turn off the lights and air conditioning.
*We provide a few days worth of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo and soap. The rest you must purchase yourself.
*Cleaning services may be requested for an extra fee. Please contact us to arrange availability.
