**ELECTRIC MONEY**
Let us get back to you with your electric consumption. We will be making a cut on the electric now so you can prepare the money and we can collect it in CASH at checkout. We unfortunately do not accept credit cards or other forms of payment.
LOCKBOX:
Please lock the door and put the key back inside the lockbox outside the door and remember to clear the dial code so know one else can see it. Please do not leave keys at reception.
HOW TO LEAVE THE CONDO:
Please leave the condo in good standing condition as you received it. You do NOT need to clean towels or sheets. If there are missing or stained towels we will have to charge you for replacing them.
GARBAGE:
Please make sure to throw your trash out. If you have any unopened food, don’t throw it away. It gets donated to others that need it. 😀
AIR CONDITIONING:
Please ensure all air conditionings and lights are off before leaving.
REMOTE CONTROL FOR GARAGE:
If we lent you a remote control please make sure to leave it on the kitchen counter. Missing remote control is $100USD
