REGISTER AT FRONT DESK:
Arriving to the building, you need to register at front desk with your name, guests staying with you and your check-in and checkout date.
Front desk will not be giving you the key – The keys are in a lockbox at the door!!!
Front desk is not part of our staff. They are only 24 hour security and oversee who comes in and out of the building. Anything you need, please communicate directly with us.
If you have car, we have parking for free! We just require a $2000 pesos or $100USD deposit for the remote control. Deposit returned at check out or when we collect the remote control.
Sometime we have turned off some of the breakers inside the condo. Please make sure all are up.
Are you without hot water? Sometimes to save energy costs, the boiler for hot water is turned off. To turn on Hot Water boiler, please find breaker board in laundry room The breaker may say Calentador. Please flip up and wait approx. 30 mins for water to heat.
SHEETS AND TOWELS:
Please be careful to not stain our sheets and towels. If these items are stained or missing, we will have to charge you for replacing them at the end of your stay.
We would love our guests to keep the apartment in good standing and not to smoke indoors to avoid fees taken out of security deposit. Smoking fee is $200 USD.
We supply a large water bottle for free the first time. Replacements are $100 pesos and paid in cash on delivery of new bottle. Please send me a message when you need a new bottle. Delivery from 9:30am – 4pm ( Monday – Friday )
Please respect the building and common area rules which will were given to you registering at recepcion. The pool is open from 9am to 10pm.
The gym is free and the air conditioning controls can be found at front desk.
