REGISTER AT FRONT DESK:
Arriving to the building, you need to register at front desk with your name, guests staying with you and your check-in and checkout date.
Please note:
Front desk will not be giving you the key – The keys are in a lockbox at the door!!!
Front desk is not part of our staff. They are only 24 hour security and oversee who comes in and out of the building. Anything you need, please communicate directly with us.
PARKING:
Some of our properties haver parking. Its for free!
LAUNDRY ROOM:
Sometime we have turned off some of the breakers inside the condo. Please make sure all are up.
HOT WATER:
Are you without hot water? Sometimes to save energy costs, the boiler for hot water is turned off. To turn on Hot Water boiler, please find breaker board in laundry room The breaker may say Calentador. Please flip up and wait approx. 30 mins for water to heat.
CONDO SUPPLIES:
We provide you with some basics to start your stay. Going forward you are responsible for your own items such as toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo and conditioner.
SHEETS AND TOWELS:
Please be careful to not stain our sheets and towels. If these items are stained or missing, we will have to charge you for replacing them at the end of your stay.
SMOKING:
We would love our guests to keep the apartment in good standing and not to smoke indoors to avoid fees taken out of security deposit. Smoking fee is $200 USD.
DRINKING WATER: 💧
We can supply a large water bottle for $100 pesos. It’s paid in cash on delivery. Please send me a message when you need a new bottle. If you’re not home please leave the money in the lockbox. Reception or lobby downstairs does not deal with water.
Delivery: 9:30am – 4pm ( Monday – Friday )
* If you do not purchase water through us, please do not change our water bottle for another brand, as our water bottles are original and you will be charged 100 pesos for replacing the empty bottle.
POOL:
Please respect the building and common area rules which will were given to you registering at recepcion. The pool is open from 9am to 10pm.
GYM:
The gym is free and the air conditioning controls can be found at front desk.
